Lake with Family in July

At the beginning of the summer Nixon was pretty afraid of the water. He wouldn't go in it at all. We had to force him in and he just didn't like it. I finally figured it was ok and just let him play on the beach, where he wanted to be in the first place.
This picture Nixon isn't too happy that he is so far away from shore.
We went to the lake this July with Jon's family and had a great time.

We held Sadie and let her take a nap... it wasn't easy but she took a couple of little naps.
She did do better than I thought she would at the beach. She LOVED the dirt and wanted to eat everything!!!
